As we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the school, we are thrilled to announce that Fiesta will be back and LIVE this year. Fiesta is our largest fundraising event of the year, and we count on the earnings to help fund our rigorous academic programs. Sacred Heart Nativity Schools comprise Sacred Heart Nativity School for boys and Our Lady of Grace Nativity School for girls. Our families earn an average annual income of $31,000 and are only asked to pay $40 per month to cover activity fees. Currently, 96% of the youth we serve are Latinx, most are from immigrant families living within the surrounding neighborhood area, and English is not the primary language spoken in the home. Students enter 6th-grade testing, on average, one to two grades behind in English and math. By the time they graduate from 8th grade, they are testing at or above grade level, and qualify for acceptance into college prep high school programs. Your support of Fiesta will help us achieve our mission to Break the Cycle of Poverty through Education.
