The students we serve come from families who meet the HUD
standards for low-income. In a county where the median income
is $96,000, our families earn $34,000 or less. This means
that after rent, utilities, and food, our families have only a couple
hundred dollars left each month for clothes for work and school,
gas for the car, medical expenses, and other expenses. Many
of the families we serve are part of the surrounding community, where
over eighty percent of the elementary students qualify for free or
discounted lunch programs.
To qualify for enrollment at Sacred
Heart Nativity Schools, students must come from low-income families,
and qualify for the federal nutrition program. At a cost
of $15,000 per year we ask the families of our students to contribute
$40 per month over twelve months.
On behalf of the students at Sacred Heart Nativity Schools we invite
you to become an investor in our school.
